The lan-Tvarita Soft Skills Workshops are designed and conducted by a
combination of top-notch Management and Language/Etiquette Training Experts
with individual corporate experiences ranging from 10 to 22 years.
Team lan comprises of a set of trainers who have repeatedly proved their mettle while
training candidates from various demographics, backgrounds, professional experiences and
pedigrees for both our Retail batches as well as our special Corporate batches.

& Advanced English Language Training, Voice & Accent Training,
Soft Skills Development, Personality Development, Interview Skills
Training, Body Analytics and Life Skills.

whose combined experience across a myriad of industries such as IT, ITeS, Manufacturing,
Chemicals, Hospitality and Financial Services, spans more than 70 years.

Workshop Categories

Foundation

Proficient

The Foundation Workshop at lan caters to the beginners of

English language, who have had no prior active occasions to
speak in English. The Workshop covers basics of grammar and
vocabulary with focus on everyday conversational English. The
Workshop also aims at reducing the Mother Tongue Interference
(MTI) in the participants. There is a lot of thrust on making the
individuals overcome their inhibitions and build their confidence
in their social interactions.
The Proficient Workshop is for those with moderate English
language skills and who are looking for an enhancement of their
language abilities. The Workshop covers grammar and
vocabulary in an experiential context. Accent neutralization and
basic telephonic skills are also honed as part of this course.
Special sessions are conducted in soft skills and personal
effectiveness. These sessions help participants in building their
confidence so that they can develop comfort with their
work/professional environment
The Professional Workshop has been designed for advanced
learners and working professionals who have a soaring ambition.
and are aspiring to move ahead the corporate ladder.

Professional

The Workshop covers Advanced English Language and

mentoring in Life Skills. Grammar and vocabulary is taught
through interactive learning methods such as: pair/group work,
role plays, mock situations and so on. The writing skills of the
participants are also honed extensively. There is an integrated
reading and listening activity as well. Accent neutralization,
reducing MTI and Telephone Etiquette are the other areas of
training.
Apart from language, the participants are coached in Life Skills
like Work Place, Attitude Time Management, Presentation Skills
Team Building, Leadership Skills, Personal Effectiveness Skills
and so on.
