Buttons for pants: Repeat row 1 of Eyes A in black

-Add as much hair as you wish. I Used three pieces of black.

-Sew brown onto middle of the white.
-Attach eyes to middle of the black row.(I attached it to hat using the white rim. I used gray to attach a
little more but did not sew through the sl st layer to attach)
-stitch on a mouth
-sew on buttons

Tassell sides: Cut yarn twice the length that you want it to be. Cut as many blue pieces as you want.
Fold in half and and attach in the middle of the last row of each ear flap. Braid and tie off.
