to come to the overall best desired outcome. Don't shy away from conflict in these
cases, but use our V.A.L.U.E. Plan to develop a positive outcome.
Use the 5-second Rule: Before responding in a tense situation, take five seconds
to think about your response before speaking. Take more time listening and asking
questions than you do talking.

Firstly thanks to our director of company Mr. Deore and Mr. Mishra for arrange this type of training
and allowed me to become part of it. The training was so good, happy, unforgettable and much
important things learn. It is happen because of trainer Mr. Mahindra Ingle.
He discuss small thing but in different manner so we get large meaning behind it, just like different
between group and team, what is better and when, in teamwork.
Team having one vision & group have different vision as per group member.
How should work in team? How to achieve team goal through planner doer or doer planner. He
gives us nail cutter / best hints to become successful and happy in team /
Company / home / society.
To achieve goal how to start, how to process and what things take. What is important and what is
urgent we get difference between them.
Finally this training was so good. I get knowledge of so much important things. I suggest that training
of this type with different subject happen in organization with progressively.
