move through life, your values may change. For example, when you start your career, success
measured by money and status might be a top priority. But after you have a family, work-life

Occurs by hard work and attention to detail. It occurs by building an attitude for training
and then measuring its progress. It occurs when all employees realize that doing the job
better is better for everyone.
This is the essence of excellence. I do my own job well with my whole team, including my
bottom line, does better.

Group :A number of things or persons that have some relationship to one another. A subset of a culture or of a
society.
Team :Any group of people involved in the same activity, especially referring to sports and work.
This is the essence of excellence. I do my own job well with my whole team.
I feel so happy and its memorable part in my life in my life so many times i am participating in
dance but this entertainment is very nice.

1) Group:
We think, we work, and we plan on individual basis for our growth. Its good but might be it will take
time.
2) Team:
-We can overcome the lacking points that we face within group.
-Because in team together, double power, double ideas, double motivation, double confidence etc.
-We work with max. Options for single task, so better accuracy in minimum failure.
3) Volleyball Game:
-Trace the strong points of team members
-Proper and perfect plan accordingly
-Execute the plan keeping in mind that we are on track
4) Entertainment Game:
-Before applying the ideas we have to think that, will it be possible with the collaboration of other
teams.
-Ultimate we can do productive work with minimum requirement, with min resources.
-i.e. "MAX OUTPUT WITH MIN INPUT RESULTING TARGET PROFIT"
5) Disaster Cue:
-Simply keep supporting for development of others weak point within each department.
-Keep communicating in problems and in happiness also

We had done the project for entertainment zone for PCMC.
As team we plan and worked together , but for a common project for PCMC we have not
discussed with other depts. so project was failed .

We had a good team work & the team Dynaxcel was safe from disaster.

Firstly thanks to our director of company Mr. Deore and Mr. Mishra for arrange this type of training
and allowed me to become part of it. The training was so good, happy, unforgettable and much
important things learn. It is happen because of trainer Mr. Mahindra Ingle.
He discuss small thing but in different manner so we get large meaning behind it, just like different
between group and team, what is better and when, in teamwork.
Team having one vision & group have different vision as per group member.
How should work in team? How to achieve team goal through planner doer or doer planner. He
gives us nail cutter / best hints to become successful and happy in team /
Company / home / society.
To achieve goal how to start, how to process and what things take. What is important and what is
urgent we get difference between them.
Finally this training was so good. I get knowledge of so much important things. I suggest that training
of this type with different subject happen in organization with progressively.
