Definitions
"PDF" means any data conforming to the open standard file format
for document exchange known as the Portable Document Format.
"eBook" refers specifically to that data which is made available for
purchase and download in the form of a PDF file as a virtual good.
"Materials" means any and all site content including, but not limited
to text, images, audio, video, software, files, data, and eBook
generated by PSF.
Grant of License

agreement immediately if you should fail to comply with any term or
provision set forth herein. Upon termination you must destroy all
materials obtained from PSF including, but not ilmited to
documentation, copies, and installations made under the terms of
this agreement or otherwise.

agree that PSF is not liable for any damage, loss or claim against any

Provisions
