Talam Group LLC Software License Agreement

This license applies to the standard-licensed version of Nexus Radio.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different
license agreement signed by Talam Group LLC, your use, distribution, or installation of this copy of Nexus Radio
indicates your acceptance of this License.

THIS SOFTWARE, AND ALL ACCOMPANYING FILES, DATA AND MATERIALS, ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND
WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT.

ANY LIABILITY OF TALAM GROUP LLC WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. IN
ADDITION, IN NO EVENT SHALL TALAM GROUP LLC, OR ITS PRINCIPALS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR PARENT ORGANIZATIONS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE USE OF NEXUS
RADIO, OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH TALAM GROUP LLC
IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT DOES TALAM GROUP LLC AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE NEXUS RADIO IN
APPLICATIONS OR SYSTEMS WHERE NEXUS RADIO FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN REASONABLY BE EXPECTED
TO RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL INJURY, OR IN LOSS OF LIFE. ANY SUCH USE BY YOU IS ENTIRELY
AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD TALAM GROUP LLC HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS OR
LOSSES RELATING TO SUCH UNAUTHORIZED USE.
THE STATIONS LISTED IN THIS SOFTWARE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH OR ENDORSED BY TALAM GROUP
LLC. THE VIEWS AND OPINIONS OF TALAM GROUP LLC DO NOT REFLECT THE ATTITUDES AND OPINIONS OF
BROADCASTERS LISTED IN THIS SOFTWARE.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and
supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. The laws of the State of
Minnesota shall govern this Agreement. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Agreement shall
be in courts and located in the State of Minnesota, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
Talam Group LLC entirely and exclusively reserves to and all rights of any kind in Nexus Radio that are not expressly
granted in this License. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create
derivative works based on Nexus Radio.

Copyright law and laws pertaining to patents and inventions protect original works of authorship and inventions.
Individuals who reproduce, distribute copies, receive copies, publicly perform or display works or inventions other than
their own and without the consent of the owners or holders of rights, or their authorized agents, in original works of
authorship or inventions, may be in violation of copyright, patent and other laws applicable to an individual's specific
country. NexusRadio.com & Talam Group LLC does not condone copyright, patent or other intellectual property
infringement. If you locate any material being shared by a user who you believe may be in violation of copyright or other
intellectual property law, please report your concerns to that user directly. This is not intended to be legal advice or

The use of Nexus Radio for illegal activities, including infringement of intellectual property laws, may subject the infringing
user to civil and/or criminal penalties.
NexusRadio.com & Talam Group LLC does not condone copyright, patent or other intellectual property infringement. Due
to the nature of stream-ripping software, NexusRadio.com is unable to monitor or control the files recorded using the
Nexus Radio player. If you locate any material being shared by a user who you believe may be in violation of copyright or
other intellectual property law, please report your concerns to that user directly. This is not intended to be legal advice or
