Trading:
Consultation of companies for safety systems needed
Consultation of customers of the safety products that they need is the initial step that is taken by our
company. TSC aims to provide a safe environment and the safety needs of the clients. In order for us to
provide them with these, we need to understand them and know the specific needs of each because
different customers have different needs and we try our best to cater the needs of our clients. This step
takes approximately 2 weeks to finish.

Design Blueprint based on consumers needs

Based on the outcome of the Consultation with the target customers, we then custom design the
products to be able to meet the needs of the companies. Planning the design, materials to be used and
improving safety materials belong in this process. The process used in planning the custom products
follows precise instructions to insure that the customers needs are met. This step takes approximately 4

weeks to finish as it requires rigorous thinking and planning to come up with a good quality customized
product.

Supplier research and Selection

This process can be done immediately right after consulting companies. TSC would find prospect
suppliers and manufacturers that are capable of providing products based on what the client is looking for.
They should also be able to meet the standards of the company in terms of the quality of the product they
produce. The production rate of the manufacturer is also a factor in the selection of supplier. This step
takes approximately 3 weeks to finish.

Submit blueprint to supplier

After selecting the best manufacturer or supplier for the safety products, we would then submit the
blueprint of the customized product that we would like to produce. The manufacturer then creates the
custom machinery as specified by the designers prototype. The designer and the manufacturer must work
closely together to guarantee that the custom machinery meets the high-standards, expectations, and
requirements of the industry. This step takes only about 1 week to accomplish.

Get product prototype from supplier

This stage requires 5 weeks to accomplish. It includes the building of the designed product, acquiring
raw materials for the product and designing process that would convert these raw materials to the desired
product. All these steps are meticulously thought through and so this step is allotted 5 weeks in order to be
complete.

Test product prototype

Since prototypes are by definition the first of their kind, they are used in product design for testing,
testing and more testing. Prototypes can be tested for aspects like design flaws and ease of use, two
things that are critical if your product is going to be a success. You need to make sure everything works the
way it should. They should be tested at different conditions and during different circumstances. Also, we
want to make sure the product isn't inherently dangerous or dangerous if misused. Before your product
heads for the assembly line, it's crucial to know everything is going to go off without a hitch; and so this
step needs 4 weeks to finish.

Value analysis
When the prototype is done and its tested and is ready for production, it then is evaluated to know
the value of the product. It takes 2 weeks to finish this process. The materials used are analyzed and is
categorized according to class.
Price negotiations
After analyzing the value of the product, the company then sets the price of the product. The price is
decided from the labor cost and from other costs as well. It also takes 2 weeks for this process to
complete.

Making the purchase

After the price has been set, the next step is the purchasing of the product. The company determines
the number of products that would be sold and makes the purchase. It takes a week to complete this step.
Mass Production
After the purchase, the manufacturer then produces the customized product according to the
number of units purchased by our company. It takes about 5 weeks to complete the task.
Distribution

After the production, the products are then distributed to the clients. It takes about 4 weeks to
accomplish this.
