Ricardo Gonzalez is a 20-year US Army and Special Forces veteran trained in


unconventional warfare and counterinsurgency operations. Experience includes

Intelligence Operations: Intelligence Manager and Intelligence Analyst responsible for all
intelligence operations and activities on an Operational Detachment Alpha. Conduct
research using analytical tools such as Analyst Notebook, ARC GIS, and Falcon View to
develop intelligence products.
Developed and analyzed terrorist networks and Transnational Organized Crime (TOC)
groups to: identify key nodes for target nominations; provide an understanding of the
threat environment; threat capabilities; and threat tradecraft
Employed conventional and unconventional warfare tactics and techniques in
intelligence collection and processing during combat operations in Afghanistan to
coordinate operations and share information with combatant forces and intelligence
agencies.
Developed and fused multi-intelligence layers to create situational and operational
templates. Intelligence disciplines include: HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.
Developed operation plans, combat orders, and annexes to support combat
operations

Advised Afghan National Army units at Village Stability Operation Sites.
