About Minitech Floors (MTF)

Minitech Floors, formerly known as Minitech Constructions, is an infrastructure
enabler specializing in finer-flat industrial flooring solutions.

Hyderabad
Headquarters

Established in the year 1996, we started our operations by offering flooring solutions
to warehouses using Tremix (VDF) technology. We provide flooring with fine
tolerance as per international standards including TR-34 and ensure to meet the
defined free movement surface regularity requirements.

expertise of over 19 years, we provide a wide range of flooring solutions across
India. We are specialized in designing, laying, and finishing concrete floors using
efficient flooring techniques.

We have an extensive experience with fiber reinforced concretevarious fibers like

steel, polypropylene micro, and macro syntheticto lay high tolerance wire/track
guided VNA (very narrow aisle) for racking heights more than 8 to 15m and aisle
less than 2m wide.

Laser screed flooring

Laser screed technology produces slab-on-grade concrete floors that are flatter and stronger than any other floors produced
by using conventional methods.
Why laser screed?

Machine used
SomeroCopperHead is one of the best machines for laser
screed floorings. It is the worlds first walk behind Laser
Screed concrete levelling machine for grade and above
grade flatwork.
It reduces construction joints by about 80% which is the
weakest section of a floor.

7. Joints

The load transfer across the joints are done by using

plate (diamond/rectangular) dowels and armored joints
(for edge protection).
Surface finishing for flatness is done by using bumpcutter and check rod etc., and imported power float
equipment like walk behind and ride-on trowel.

We achieve best possible flatness from beginning to the end with minimal errors.
For floor surveying, we use an automatic robotic measuring device to ensure that we do what we say.
We are introducing Nano-Silca based reactive colloidal Silica products from Lythic Inc., for floor
densification and polishing. Lythic Day 1 (troweling & curing Aid product) is the best innovative product of
year at WOC 2013. Lythic densifier eliminates the risk of whiting as it contains less than half of 1%
metallic salts unlike other silicate densifiers which may have up to 25% metallic salts, and presents a risk
of whiting of surface. The self-bonding ability is the driving force in the Lythic Protector, SPD Protector,
and Lythic Cleaner products. Each delivers more silica, bonded into the floor, improving the surface with
every application and ensuring that each application bonds tightly.
