Sales Manager - Job Description

SmartPlus is a leading Saudi Low Current System Integrator and it is seeking a highly qualified
Sales Manager to aggressively manage sales department, sell and expand its range of security,
automation and audio-visual solutions, and build long-term relationships with potential lead
customers. This is a hands-on role, which will encompass leadership personnel, account
development, sales skills, products expertise (in selling) and sales target achievement.

Responsibilities
Manage, support and supervise the sales department
Reach the targets and goals set for Saudi-Arabian territory
Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products
Maintain and increase sales of company's products
Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity
Establish, maintain and expand companys customer base
Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
Search for new products and systems available in the world of A/V, security,
automation and control systems
Prepare professional proposals meeting consultants and clients requirements
Prepare Contracts, negotiate tenders, contracts terms and conditions to meet both client
and company needs
Follow-up on collections
Follow-up with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
Develop after-sales strategies and prepare maintenance contracts for companys
accounts
Prepare reports for head office

Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5
years of sales experience in low-current industry (previous experience in
management will be considered as an asset)
Working experience in security, automation and audio-visual solutions within
KSA (previous experience in Riyadh will be considered as an asset)
Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills &
interpersonal skills
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office applications
Arabic speaking person is required with English Language proficiency
Self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of
customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target
Proven sales track record in achieving results within the low-current industry
Have sound business and technical knowledge of the security, automation and
audio-visual technology industry. Candidates with existing contacts or
established customer base will have added advantage
Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility
High-energy personality with go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast
paced, dynamic industry
Able to uphold confidentiality
