1. All Teachers/ In-charge of examinations are restricted to submit hardcopy of question

paper at least an hour before start time of examination.
2. If any of the invigilators want to change duty they should inform with their replacement
at least a day before examination time to the Controller examiner of DOP.
3. In-charge and supervisors/invigilators are responsible to collect question papers and
examination sheets at least 30 min before exams start time from Admin Office.
4. In-charge and supervisors should be in assigned examination room at least 10 min prior
to the examination start time.
5. No Invigilator is allowed to leave examination room during exam.
6. Invigilators are responsible to distribute and collect question papers and answer sheets
on the specified time by In-charge of examination.
7. Invigilators are responsible to submit question papers, answer sheets along with
attendance sheet to the admin office with total counts of students.
8. In-charge or relevant teacher will collect answer sheets later on after examination from
Admin Office.
9. Every in-charge of examination is responsible to check examination sheets within

compliance, a fine of Rs. 500/- will be imposed.
