What is Maxima Plus LPG Installation?

Maxima Plus LPG Installation is a state of art LPG technology. It integrates the advantages of the bulk installation in a cylinder
manifold. In Maxima Plus LPG Installation we provide you Heaterless Vaporizer in place of the conventional electrical vaporizer.
As the name suggests these vaporizers don't have any electrical heaters rather they work on the principle of thermodynamics. By
using these vaporisers you save cost on electrical energy and also you help in reducing the carbon footprints. Your Maxima Plus
LPG Installation will consist of 4 cylinders each of 450 Kg capacity exclusively designed to fulfill all your energy requirements.
This allows you to have your installation in minimum space as compared to the conventional cylinder installations. 450 Kg
cylinders are designed as per EN 13445 & also Gas Cylinder Rules 2004; equipped with LPG measurement system, safety relief
valve & excess-flow-check-valve. Electronic automatic change-over device (EACD) is provided in the installation which ensures
uninterrupted supply of LPG even when one cylinder bank gets empty, resulting in increased productivity. Maxima Plus LPG
Installation allows a smoother operation than the conventional cylinder banks having large nos. of cylinder.

Techno Commercial Details:

Estimated Requirements: On the basis of information furnished, the peak LPG consumption is estimated at 280.000 Kg / hr
and the LPG consumption is estimated at 50 MT / month and 600.00 MT / annum.
Supplier Gas System(SGS): We shall install Maxima Plus LPG Installation within yard of size 4X450 (one manifold will be
operative and one standby), which includes 4 nos. of 450 Kg SUPER Gas LPG cylinders, hoses, adaptors, piping, valves,
instrumentation, etc. The scope of work and ownership of SUPER Gas and customer is described in Annexure - Scope and
Ownership .
The minimum order quantity for supply of cylinder refills will be 2 nos. Supply of cylinders will be on 1:1 basis i.e., one filled
cylinder will be supplied for one empty cylinder returned.
We also provide post commissioning services to our valued SGS customers described in Annexure - Scope of Services Post
Commissioning either by ourselves or through our authorized service providers.

Security Deposit: An interest free security deposit needs to be furnished by way of an un-conditional and irrevocable bank
guarantee from a nationalized bank in a prescribed format for an aggregate amount of Rs. 750000.00 (Seven lakh fifty thousand
rupees only) towards the performance of the agreement.
Price of LPG: LPG prices will vary on a monthly basis. Price of LPG will be revised upwards / downwards as applicable and
will be intimated every month. The working details of pricing are given in Annexure - Price Breakup.
The customer's purchase price of LPG for the month of July is Rs. 52380.30 / MT ( Fifty two thousand three hundred eighty
rupees thirty paise only per MT). This price is inclusive of freight (delivered at customers premises) and exclusive of Cenvat and
VAT/CST. The payment for cost of LPG shall be made within 7 days from date of invoice.
Cenvat and VAT / CST shall be charged extra as applicable at the time of invoicing. Benefits of Cenvat applicable on LPG can be
availed, if applicable. However, Cenvat may vary for each delivery based on input credit received. All the taxes, duties, levies,
cess and such other impositions by the govt. will be borne by the customer as applicable at the time of dispatch and as may be
made applicable from time to time.
Transportation is included in the above LPG charges for delivery to facility at Pune.The transportation charges for LPG vary in
direct proportion to changes in their diesel prices and will be charged on basis of prevailing rates as may be made applicable from
time to time.

Lease Rental: We will be making investments in the Maxima Plus LPG Installation as well as on cylinders required as floor
stock at the premises for which a rental charge of Rs 16000.00 per month ( Sixteen thousand rupees only per month) is payable.
Rental payment will be made in the beginning of each month by NEFT/RTGS/DD/Cheque payable at Pune, within 7 days of
receipt of our invoice. Taxes and levies, if any, shall be charged extra.
Commitment Charge: Price of LPG is estimated on the basis of consumption of 50 MT / Month. In case consumption falls
below 105 MT in 3 months, a commitment charge @ Rs. 1800.00 / MT ( One thousand eight hundred rupees only per MT) will
become payable to us for the shortfall in quantity at the end of 3 months. Taxes and levies, if any, shall be charged extra.
However, as a special case, the above mentioned clause shall not be applicable for a period of 3 months from date of first supply.
Payment Terms: The payment for cost of LPG & commitment charges shall be made within 7 days from date of invoice.
Period of Agreement: We propose a tenure of 5 years for exclusive supply of LPG for meeting your energy requirement. We
will be furnishing a copy of the standard agreement separately.
Validity: Our offer is valid from 31.07.2015 to 31.08.2015 except the price of LPG which be will be changed/revised as
described in "Price of LPG" clause mentioned above.

Annexure II - Scope of Work for Services Post Commissioning

SUPER Gas extends the following post commissioning services for the SGS facility and its accessories (installation within yard) by
themselves or through a third party.

a. Intensive training during commissioning / first time hand over to customer.

b. Periodic inspections 4 times a year.
c. Systematic inspection and preventive maintenance during periodic inspections.
d. Replacing or repairing the parts found to be defective during the above inspections, however in case of failure of equipment or
their components due to reasons attributable to customer e.g. voltage fluctuation in power supplies or water quality problems etc,
cost of such component replacement/repairs will be borne by the customer
e. Breakdown and emergency maintenance.
f. Safety audit by SUPER Gas personnel once a year.
g. Maintenance for civil work or any other works provided by customer like pallet trolley, portable stand, cylinder elevated
platform, shade, roads, buildings, fencing, outside yard piping, fire extinguishers, electrical work etc. shall be undertaken by
customer only.
