Directed the course of CACs involvement in the Participatory Budgeting Project, a direct
democracy initiative. Evaluated budget plans, newspaper publications and government documents
to formulate reports necessary for organizing public action meetings. Developed a strategy laying
out how the steps that the CAC should take to effectively transition into the next phase of the
