Summary:
By introducing the flow deflectors at several positions along the blades length, the radial
component of velocity of the incoming air flow may be redirected to produce an additional
amount of torque on the rotor, thereby increasing the overall power produced by the turbine.

Prior art
Deflectors only at the ends of the blade.
Main purpose of this is to reduce the
negative effects of wind drag.
Your invention
Deflectors are located at various distances on
the blade.
Main purpose is to direct air so as to increase
the torque and thus efficiency of the system.
Conclusion:
The following are the findings of this prior art search:
There does not appear to be any prior art that aims to improve the efficiency of the
system by implementing wind deflectors in a way as your invention.
Your idea appears to be novel and has a strong chance of being patentable.
