INSTITUTIONS OF HIGER EDUCATION - ROLE OF STAKE
HOLDER

Introduction
Anti-ragging or ragging free environment means the environment where is no any
disorder ,whether by word spoken or written or by an act which has the effect pf
treating or handling with rudeness any other student which cause the person
getting stress and mentally unfit and gone in depression . Ragging free
environment where every person have right to freedom and they can show their
talent without any one scared of it . In studies and sports and many curriculum
activities.
What Ragging free environment needs ?
Ragging free environment needs some rules and having some kind of instruction
and as soon as student enter the college environment ,they are introduced to one
week of classes on human values and have minimum 2 hours discussion in a
week .
During this classes of human values , students are motivated to think about what
problem they facing at present and what are the possible solution in the
institution of higher education . and they provided mentors for their problems
solution get free from the free.
How to make the Institution ragging free ?
A. Ragging needs department
Institution made a department of some peoples and the peoples where keep eye
on whole the student as well as faculty members also and the committee of
student were also made by the department and the vice-chancler is the stake
holder who will take over of this activities.
B. Fine and suspension
The department where make some rule and regulation for ragging free
environment .
If any one break the rules they were suspended or have to give the fine.
Punishment where given with respect to their fault.

C. Anti-ragging book (Rule book)

Rule books will be provided for the student and for fresher before joining the
college the student who are talking admission , will introduced by the anti-ragging
rule and fill up the form by the student and get the signature on the form.
In the form , If I will broke any kind of rule in this college please rusticated
me from this college , Will be written in the form .
The form named as Anti-Ragging form .
D. Anti-ragging committee
Department where make some anti-ragging committee of student in each branch
and take time to time info from it and the students gives information about
anti-ragging to those students who will be not aware of this.

E. Cameras
Department insert some hidden cameras on the whole college campus and watch
the student activities and also insert cameras on the corridors of the hostels . Due
go to this most of the student scared or alert to do something wrong.

F. Surprise inspection
Department can take any time surprise inspection the hostel or in the college
campus and also give the time for the inspection twice in a week . Due to this
student where avoid doing wrong activities.
G. Detective students
Department allot some secret informer and detective students no buddy knows
about those a students and they freely live in the hostel and campus and give
information to the committee or department without knowing any one student.
H. Feedback

Every student give there feedback on the feedback form which are given by the
or provided by vice-chancellor (stake holder ) through it we were able to solve the
students problems.
Conclusion
Due to this the conclusion was that the if everyone support to the anti-ragging
then no one is their to do ragging of anyone and everyone be happy and student
where focus on their studies and dont do any wrong activities.
