ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring the piping materials as per available drawing and documents.

Detail study scope of work, Quality Inspection Plans procedures & specifications before starting the job.

Co-ordination with client for inspection formats as per requirements.

Awareness of international Codes and standards ASME, ASTM, API, TEMA, NACE
Responsible for Qualification of welding procedures & WQT
Experienced in process piping fabrication, erection ,Steel Structure & tank involved in preparation of detailed
schedule & progress and welding according to Codes ,standards, Procedure & Client specification.
Perform modification works as per site requirements.
Monitor all-critical activities like Sand Blasting, Painting, Welding, NDT, PWHT, Hydro-testing, Flushing
according to Codes ,standards, Procedure, QIP and Project Specification.
Supports field procurement, system turn over and commissioning. Support Construction management and
engineering at site in preparation of daily/weekly reports, gathering data, obtaining drawings/deliverables from
vendors and Head office engineering.
Installation and Inspection of Vessels, columns, Heat Exchangers, Drums, Tanks, Filters
Responsible for ensuring that N C R's are raised for every rejection / rework as occurred / pointed out by the
QA&QC inspectors / execution.
Verification & Preparation of As-Built plan & piping isometric drawings.
Perform field walk downs / inspections to review the work for conformance with the design drawings
applicable codes/standards and company policies/procedures. Prepare punch-list.
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date quality records as per Customer requirements.
