    attitudeandenginespeedbeing83%N1.Theplanesankslowlyintotheforestandafirebrokeout.
    PROBABLECAUSES:"TheCommissionbelievesthattheaccidentresultedfromthecombinationofthefollowing
    conditions:1)verylowflyoverheight,lowerthansurroundingobstacles2)speedveryslowandreducingtoreach
    maximumpossibleangleofattack3)enginespeedatflightidle4)lateapplicationofgoaroundpower.Thiscombination
    ledtoimpactoftheaircraftwiththetrees.TheCommissionbelievesthatifthedescentbelow100feetwasnotdeliberate,
    itmayhaveresultedfromfailuretotakeproperaccountofthevisualandauralinformationintendedtogivetheheightof
    theaircraft."
