Managing Member of real estate investment entity formed to purchase, manage, and create
additional financial value in multi-family properties in commercial markets throughout the
USA.
Asset manager supervise local property managers overseeing the management and
redevelopment of 200 multifamily units in 3 properties. Initial property acquisition
analyses and disposition analyses.
Oversee and manage all operations of the properties (renovation, tenant relations,
government subsidy programs, make ready, inventory purchasing , marketing
campaigns, and all asset financial decisions. Managed $1 M re-positioning and
renovation of Class C apartment complex with 128 units on 10 acre parcel.
Completed full market analysis and competitive property analyses. Prepared annual
properties financial reporting (Historical Income and Expense Excel Spreadsheets);
Forecast all annual budgets and handle all required reporting with lenders.
Analyze all potential new acquisitions, negotiated new purchases/transactions with
sellers, brokers and attorneys. Oversee local property managers including rent
collections/make ready/value add/sign-off and approve all payments on operating
expenses. Increased rent collections from $35,000 per month on acquisition to over
$55,000 per month prior to sale.
