Last week, Puan Farah took her children for a picnic at a waterfall. They
went there by car. When they reached there, they put all their things
under a shady tree. The children swam in the waterfall for an hour.
Soon, they were tired and hungry. Puan Farah served some rice,
boiled eggs, sandwiches, yoghurt, and orange juice. She also served some
apples, bananas, and watermelons. She served well balanced food to her
children. We must eat good food to stay healthy and strong, said Puan
Farah. The children ate the food and rested under a tree.

shelter in a hut nearby. When the rain stopped, they went home.
