Provided operational and after hours support for MAC-PAC users at seven plants. SME for lean
manufacturing and inventory accounting. Managed issues for software running in the production
environment and debugged, fixed, or escalated as needed. Developed ad/hoc queries and reports as
needed by the business. Created documentation for future reference, training. and support. Planned
UAT.Streamlined production reporting process at plant in Tennessee eliminating the need for 3 indirect
heads saving ~$115K a year. Complied with all SOX requirements.
