I would like to see some type of default paragraph at the end of your writings, in that

I understand that various ANZAC Day Commemoration Council’s may have voted
to no longer continue with the usage of “God save the Queen”.
.
I understand that ANZAC Day Commemoration Council is a statutory body with
members appointed by the Governor on the nomination of the Premier
.
As a CONSTITUTIONALIST I seek you to consider that within s.106 of the
constitution (federal) the States are created from the colonies “subject to this
constitution” and as such the States are bound by this constitution to observe and
apply all legal principles embedded in the constitution which includes that at all public
occasions the anthem “God save the Queen” is played.
.
No “ANZAC Day Commemoration Council” of whatever State/Territory has the
powers to interfere with constitutional embedded legal principles and those who prefer
to do otherwise are at liberty to move to any country where “God save the Queen” is
not constitutionally required to be played at every official occasion. I for one am not
going to beg them not to leave because those who disregard the basic of all law, the
constitution, in my view aren’t worth to have around.

In my view it would be unconstitutional for any “ANZAC Day Commemoration
Council” to interfere with the national anthem “God save the Queen” to be played at
every official occasion.
.
It doesn’t matter if people like to have their own kind of national Anthem being it
Walzing Matilda, some pub song or whatever when they occupy the loo but when it
comes to official ceremonies the only recognisable national anthem embedded in the
constitution is which shows due and proper respect to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
who is and remains to be the true British Monarch governing the “POLITICAL
UNION” Commonwealth of Australia!

It is not relevant what my personal views are as unless and until we amend the
constitution, and for so fat this is possible, as I view as a CONSTITUTIONALIST
that not even a S.128 referendum can interfere with this, the only true national anthem
is this which recognises and honour OUR British Monarch, which all Australian
soldiers serve and many have given their lives while serving the Monarch.

Those who have republican idea’s should understand that they are entitled to their
idea’s as long as they do not interfere with the constitutional rights of others and
hence forget about not using the national anthem “God save the Queen” and start
respecting the fallen soldiers who died in service of the British Monarch which is
constitutionally the Monarch governing all Australians, regardless if you may dislike
this or not.

EITHER WE HAVE A CONSTITUTION OR WE DON’T!

Those who are governing are so because of the constitution and let them at least then
show honour and respect! Those who are appointed by any government likewise must
show honour and respect to the constitution as the constitution after all;

I request you to ensure that the appropriate national anthem “God save the Queen” is
therefore played at each official occasion and you also pass this on to every other
State/Territorian ANZAC Day Commemoration Council as to ensure also that no
disrespect is shown to the soldiers who’s lives are remembered.
