Govt. Engineering College Bikaner, established in the year 1999 under Engineering

About Management Department

The Department of Management & Technology, Engineering College, Bikaner, also known
as DMT, ECB is the school of management education and research. The department was
established in the year 2003, is an amalgamation of competent teachers, state of art
infrastructure, pollution free environment, an idyllic setting and an experienced and
efficient administration. It came into existence with a vision of creating a supportive
environment for its students to provide a perfect balance of academics, sports and social
opportunities aiming to make a significant contribution to education, training and
consulting. A high priority to research activities, case studies and working papers is given
to establish Department of Management & Technology with international reckoning.

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW
Entrepreneurship and innovation are critical to wealth creation in any economy. These are
important to the geopolitical economy fostering reduction of income disparity at national
and global level. Technology is often a primary driver for both entrepreneurship and
innovation. Given the current global context technology innovation and management are
inherently linked to foster and sustain competitive advantage. Sustainable Development is
one of the many central challenges in recent times that aim to meet the needs of the
present without compromising the ability of future generation to meet their own needs.
This conference would aim at threading together these separate themes. The aim of the
National Conference is to accumulate and share innovative ideas, precious knowledge and
unique experiences for benefits of researchers, business representatives, academicians
and participants. We do hope that active involvement of most prominent speakers and

2016, Payable at Bikaner (Rajasthan). Registration fee covers the following: Admission to all
academic sessions, Conference kit and materials, Tea/Coffee and lunch during the designated breaks
for the duration of the conference.
Spot Registration through cash payment can also be done at the venue of the seminar but kit will be
delivered on the basis of last time availability. No T.A. / D.A. will be given to participants.
Author and co-author of accepted papers should register and pay registration fee for the conference
separately.
Call for paper also invited in Absentia Mode. For In-Absentia mode postage cost of Rs. 60/- will be
charged additional to the registration fees.

Accommodation
Conference is on non-residential basis. However college may arrange paid accommodation on
request and as per requirement of the participants. Participants are advised to inform the organizing
committee well in advance for the same. This facility will be available only for the participants who
register themselves by March 15, 2016.

Bikaner is a city in the northwest of the state of Rajasthan in northern India. It is located 330 kilometres
(205 mi) northwest of the state capital, Jaipur. Bikaner city is the administrative headquarters of Bikaner
District and Bikaner division.
Formerly the capital of the princely state of Bikaner, the city was founded by Rao Bika in 1486 and from its
small origins; it has developed into the fifth largest city in Rajasthan. The Ganges Canal, completed in 1928, and
