structure of loan originations, processing and packaging. This initiative included the implementation of a new
SAAS computer system, changes in operational policies and procedures, and re-design of all employee training.
Redesigned new hire training as well as tenured training curricula and increased customer satisfaction scores
by 26%. Consulted with a division of a Fortune 100 company to revamp their entire training curriculum for
both their retail and manufacturing divisions. Examined customer service drivers to determine best solutions
to increase customer satisfaction as well as employee performance.
