voicemail asking him to move it. Ofc Ellender out to attempt
to make contact with the owner of the MV, reports back no
one is home.

Ofc Sparrow will be going into Flynn's to see if the owner
is there and ask if they can make an announcement to ask the
car to be moved
Narrative:
Ofc Sparrow had no luck finding the owner at Flynn's or
Cheng Du and issued a parking violation.
