KALVACHA ENGINEERING produces electronic LPG dispensers of high quality equipped with assemblies made by leading European companies. New
generation of electronic LPG dispensers with low service cost, durability, high efficiency, reliability and safety at a good price.
CONSTRUCTION
The body of the LPG dispenser is divided into two modules that are made of high quality stainless steel. An electronic block, preset buttons and
keyboard are fixed in the upper part. The hydraulic block is fixed in the lower part.

Compact module for car refueling, suitable for retail and in-house needs. The systems include: Gas Stations
a reservoir with capacity of 5 or 10 m3, electronic / single or double LPG dispenser type F-
housing- LPGK 220F, LPGK 230 and type H-housing - LPGK 314H , LPGK 324H, a pump aggregate
AR2 1/4 or AR2 1/5 with debit 45 l/min or 90 l/min, protective and regulating fittings.
This type of modular station is designed to use dispensers with integrated pump aggregate.
The scheme is remarkably compact.

The product line is consists of different models, depending on client needs and the technical regulations of the
country where the equipment shall operate.

Gas Stations

This type of modular filling stations is a compact equipment, consisting of an LPG dispenser,
reservoir, gas filling module for cylinders with scales, pump aggregate, pipe installation,
safety and regulating fittings, mounted on a common chassis.
The LPG module for filling cylinders is located in the front part of the chassis, and consists of
electronic scale, with a vertical stand, equipped with a hose and a handle with filling valve
at the end.
Different types of pump aggregates and LPG dispensers can be mounted , which ensures a
wide range of LPG filling stations.

Calibration of LPG flow meters

KALVACHA ENGINEERING AD provides sale, repair, calibration and in-guarantee replacement services of flow meters, pumps, hoses,
nozzles etc.
The Company has also a laboratory for LPG flow meters calibration, licensed by The Bulgarian Accreditation Office. KALVACHA
ENGINEERING AD holds the only standard measuring device for LPG in Bulgaria, registered by the National Metrology Centre, with a
0.042% relative error.
KALVACHA ENGINEERING AD has also its own metrology and engineering surveillance department and has developed its own stand for
calibration of the flow meters of companies applying for LPG dispensers repair certificate, as well as methods for examination of
produced LPG dispensers, also approved by Commission of experts.
The company also performs repair, adjustment and control of LPG dispensers using its own calibrated gauge flow meters.

COMPAC
C4000 Electronic Head

Kalvacha Engineering
has chosen COMPAC
C4000, a highly accurate
electronic head
designed to control and
manage the CNG
dispenser. The KG80
meter and all other
electronic components
plug directly into the
C4000, which processes
and calculates all
required information.
During set-up and calibration, all parameters for the dispensers are set in the C4000.
The power supply for the C4000 is housed in a separate flameproof, water proof enclosure.
This ensures additional safety to the dispenser and the C4000 should any electrical fault occur.

Hydraulic Components
COMPAC hydraulic components are made of pressure grade
stainless steel for superior performance and corrosion
resistance. They are batch numbered with traceability to
material certificates and production runs. This ensures the
correct grades of materials are used and the ratings of the
valves can be guaranteed.
All hydraulic components have been independently tested and
third party analysed to verify their structural safety.
All valves are assembled at Compac under strict quality
procedures and are tested on CNG.
These procedures have been audited and enable Compac to CE
mark the valves. The valves are designed to be reliable and
easily serviced without removing pipework.
