4.0 MISSION AND VISION.

Mission

To introduce and express the fascinating and exotic Japanese Culture to the
MSU community.
By learning this culture, we as human learn to adapt to the diversity of
cultures and become flexible and wise in dealing with these respected
traditions. What may seem to one society can be very opposing to another
society. The way people greet each other, the variety of traditional food and
the day-to-day practices that they follow maybe very different to that of
ours. Embracing and sharing this knowledge and experience with MSU can
help students; staff and visitors live this exquisite culture and enjoy the
delightful difference of Japanese Culture.
To enjoy Japanese ceremonies, known as Matsuri in the local language of
Japan, with the MSU students and staff. This will create awareness of these
activities that are done by their respected society and will show appreciation
towards the Japanese citizens in Malaysia and around the world. MSU will be
known for participating in Japanese ceremonies like MMU (Multi Media
University).
MMU (Multi Media University) has conducted a Japanese club for the past 7
years consecutively and they have organized a Japanese horror theme drama
event called Ghost House. This event has been running for two years now
and we have managed to attend the second event as a group and enjoyed
the privilege of passing by this horrific Japanese experience.

MANAGEMENT AND SCIENCE UNIVERSITY

We also plan to create awareness of Japanese Technology. Japan has been
known for its extraordinary technological abilities and this awareness has
been spread by the internet media and social networks.
We hope to bring these Japanese Cultural and Technologies to MSU for all to
see and buy. Thus creating an interest among the MSU community in related
areas of diverse cultures.

Vision

We hope that this club can create awareness of the Japanese culture and
technology throughout the years to come. We also hope to show our
appreciation to the Japanese citizens, embassy and technology by setting up
event that are focused on these two aspects.
In that sense we wish that create a stronger bond between Japan and MSU,
thus creating opportunities that will benefit both the university and the
country of Japan.
Furthermore, we hope to bring and implement Japanese technological
equipment into MSU and create better facilities that are modern with the
societies of Malaysia and Japan, creating a modernized environment for the
students and management of MSU.

5.0 MORE ABOUT OUR PROPOSED CLUB

MANAGEMENT AND SCIENCE UNIVERSITY

We believe that this club will bring mutual benefits to both parties; The
Japanese are renowned for their diligence and hardworking attitude which we
try to introduce and practice amongst us,
Simplism; the thought that less means more
We are keen to keep this club transparent and fun for everyone, we keep
everything simple and straight to the point, from what is taught to what is
learnt.
Kaizen; Meaning Improvement
The

Japanese

believe

that

everything

can

be

improved,

and

that

improvement of the slightest amount will sum up to great success, we hold

this to our hearts and hope we can bring Kaizen to both MSU and to
ourselves.

6.0 BENEFITS
The good reasons for wanting to learn a new language are varied.
Understanding Japanese is no exception. Nonetheless, there are some good
reasons for discovering to communicate Japanese that are somewhat unique
and compelling. It might be as simple as that you will be traveling to Japan
and want to extract the highest advantage and discovering from your
publicity to this fascinating culture. Or probably right after studying
Memoirs of a Geisha or viewing the film or seeing The Last Samurai you,

MANAGEMENT AND SCIENCE UNIVERSITY

like so several other westerners, are only fascinated with this ancient and
exotic culture.
Historically, Japan has been a gateway to Asian culture for much of
the western world. Studying communicate Japanese can open new vistas of
know-how and practical experience not only concerning Japan and its ancient
and mysterious methods, but other Far Eastern and Asian nations and
cultures, as well. Ultimately, the language itself is reasonably straightforward
to master-extra so than Latin-based mostly languages this kind of as French,
Spanish and Italian. You may perhaps not finish up reading through Japanese
literature, but with a comparatively modest investment of time you will be
ready to converse at a fundamental and acceptable degree. And no matter
what your learning problem may perhaps be total time, component time, in
the car or truck in the course of your commute, course tutors, or otherwise
there is a technique for mastering Japanese that is correct for you.

6.1 To the Institution (MSU)

Further strengthening business ties with Japan; Since MSU has great
Accreditation with the Japanese Government. The Institution will be able to

6.2 To the Members (Students)
Students will be able to learn, absorb and understand how the Japanese
people work and study to achieve both excellence and harmony. Students
can learn new knowledge at thats time there can learn the language,
culture, technology and more about japan. Also introduce and share new
culture to students in MSU and introduce new technology to MSU and other
college, also for other people can learn. Compare and view them culture
between our culture, what we can learn more about them culture and what
difference in our culture. Other than that, increasing our mind ability if we
