Special note – 15% handling fee will apply to the above, but we are
wavering for all the accommodation and the boat charter and hope
that helps the budget. Any other services you require will of course incur

All prices are set per person.

Beverages can be supplied by A Fish N Sea catering. If interested, A fish N sea


catering could make a personalized selection of beverages and/or beverage(s)
package for you. If the client decides to supply beverages differently there will
be a surcharge of $ 20.00 p.p.

As this event is an off site catering event. An outdoor Kitchen, according to


Queensland health regulations, needs to be set up. Price for the location: Rex
Smeal park is set at : $1750.00.

Four (4) weeks prior to event 50% (fifty percent) of the estimated costs need to
be paid as a deposit. The outstanding amount needs to be paid within 10 days
after the event has taken place.

Final guaranteed minimum group size and special dietary requirements must be
confirmed in writing within seven (7) days of the event. If the group size
changes, the event will be subject to re-costing accordingly.

Labour surcharges will apply for events exceeding 5 hours, Sundays and public
holidays. There is a surcharge of $25.00 per hour per wait staff.
