client and updating the same in his portfolio accordingly, which again involves in
applying Corporate Actions to the securities and calculate the exact cost basis and
report the same in client s gain and loss report.

KYC Profile:
Research Engine: Extensive research of data from Client approved sites,
company websites.

Research Areas: Stock exchange, regulatory bodies and Registers for all
Client customers. Update all the key attributes in PRT Tool for credit risk
purpose.

PCR and RDC Checks: Conducting negative information search on the

client entity through PCR, RDC sources.

CRM Documentation: Import relevant documents in the CRM document

system, verify and assure that customer is not on any list of known
fraudsters, terrorists or money launderers.

Material Issue: Escalating any material issues or lack of responses as

outlined in the procedures to the appropriate individual, group or senior
management.

CRO and Capital Market Profile:

Analyzing the Risk at the beginning of the strategic decision-making
process this includes:

Coverage and Monitor: Covering and monitoring the credit operations

strategies for various locations like London, New York, APAC Regions,
Tokyo, Sydney, Frankfurt and Hong Kong to provide credit approval to
mitigate the risk.

Coverage and Monitor (Mail box): Covering and monitoring the emails
(i.e. Group Email Box, Follow ups, query emails) for the Regions like APAC,
EMEA and US and also like early delivery Report like (China, Singapore
and Hong Kong).

Account Opening: Account opening for various corporates, NBFis,

Funds, Banks, Individuals etc, Based on the products like equities, Money
market, OTC derivatives, FX, Cash, commodities and other collateral
securities.

Credit Approval: Providing credit approval for the counter-parties on

behalf of CRM. Based on the Risk categorization.

Credit Limits Updation: Credit Limits will be updated for particular

entity as per the CRM.

Financial Exposure: Capture of financial Exposure to the counter-party

at accounting level Like Margin, Commercial banking facility, Traded
Products, Settlement Products, Equity, FX etc with different source
systems like Summit, E-spere, Kondor+, NAOP etc.

Daily Reports of MIS Preparation for the Internal Team.

Daily and Weekly Report of Pending volumes and completed volumes.

Daily reports for Productivity and quality.

Special initiative taken to send an hourly report for Frankfurt location

coverage.

TCS.
