ELUCIDATION OF CLASS COMMITTEE MEETING PROCESS:

The Class Committee Meeting comprises of student representatives from the

class and the faculty members of class. This committee acts as a plot form to fill
the gap between the aspiration of students and the content delivery system. Our
university suggested conducting minimum two Class Committee Meeting per
semester. According to that every semester during the course and towards the
end of the semester we are conducting the Class Committee Meeting. The
meeting will be shared by a senior faculty members or HOD of other
departments. During the class committee meeting each student representative
shall convey their issues. The chair person shall discuss and suggest possible
solutions to the student problems. The meeting will be recorded and submitted
to the head of institution for approval. This practice brought up the issues and
expectations of the students to the upper hierarchy systematically through out
the program. This analysis gives out a clear view about the progress of regular
academic work. This helps the students in all aspects since their needs are
taken into consideration and fulfilled.
