Chapter 1
Summary of the Project

A. Name of Enterprise
Every title of an institution, program and the business, embodies the entire
concept of the products and services within its offerings to the market. It is the
very first factor that creates an idea to the customers mind of what the business
is all about to put up for sale.
The proponents decided to name its business as Pancit Pinoy, carrying its
tagline Its all about Pancit. This title aims to emphasize the different kinds of
pancit that we offer.
B. Location
Our business will be located at Bonifacio Avenue, Barangay San Roque,
Parola Cainta, Rizal. This site was chosen for its being highly commercialized
which promotes organized, well conducted and peaceful environment that both
benefit the customers and the owners. Plus, it promises certain demand of
people coming from different group, such as jeepney drivers, tricycle drivers,
employees, residents around the area and the passers-by.

Marketing Study
Marketing Study
Marketing is a total system of business activity designed to price, promote
and distribute want-satisfying products to the target market to achieve
organizational objectives. It is a societal process that is needed to discern
consumer wants and mould the consumer toward the products and services.
Marketing teams is tasked to create consumer awareness of the product and
services through marketing techniques and strategies.
Marketing tends to be seen as a creative industry, which includes
advertising, distribution and selling. It also includes the demand of the customers
or the target market. The supplies of the product, nature and growth of total
demand should also be considered as well as the core product.
Before the operation of the business, we must look first for our direct and
indirect competitors who, where and what type of competition exist should be
identified. We should consider the effects, strengths and weaknesses of the
business operation. It is important to be able to systemize and organize
marketing strategy as well as the product quantity and quality, pricing, process of
distribution and promotional activities that may develop more possible outcomes.

Chapter III
Management Study

Management Study
One of the most important human activities is managing. Ever since people
began forming groups to accomplish objectives that could not be achieved on
their own. As society has come to rely increasingly on group effort and numerous
organized groups have larger, the need of good managerial system has been
increasingly important. Management thus applies in small and large scale, profit
and non profit organization. Organization has to design and maintain a sound
internal environment in which people working together in groups can perform
effectively and efficiently as well for the attainment of the organizations goals.
Management is viewed more broadly as the direction and coordination of
human and non human resources of an organization to achieve outputs and
results which will meet the needs of external customers. This includes the basic
consideration in setting up the proposed business. This includes the basic
consideration in forming the business, form of ownership to be utilized and
organizational chart as well as the officers and key personnel.

Chapter IV
Technical Study

Technical Study
This study identifies the products to be produces at the highest quality level
with minimal cost possible. The main consideration of this study is to confer how
the service process is done, the tools and equipment needed in the production,
sources of the latter, store location and its lay-out, store structure and
specification, waste disposal method and labour needed in this kind
establishment.

The indispensability of a technical aspect in formulation of a plan because


of its importance in establishing a business.

Chapter V
Financial Study

Financial Study

In this study, it discusses the financial condition of the project. It provides


assessment of future profitability and the financial position of the business in the
succeeding years. This chapter will show the major assumptions, source of
financing, initial capital, total project cost, financial statement, cash flow and
financial analysis of the project.

Major Assumptions:

1. The projected sales is expected to increase by 5% annually


2. Purchases of raw materials is expected by 5% annually
3. Store and office supplies will increase by 2% annually.
4. Utility expenses will increase by 2% annually.
5. Salaries and wages will increase by 3% every 3 years.
6. Transportation expense will increase by 2% annually.

Chapter VI
Socio Economic Study
In dealing with this area, Pancit Pinoy will be aware of its
responsibilities and commitments to the society and government sector in order
to attain good reputation
The business will be established not only for the profit but also to
contribute to the economic situation of the society.
Objectives of the Study
1. To determine the possible contribution of the business to the development of
the economy as well as to the community.
2. To know the responsibilities of the business to the customers, government and
community.
3. To provide employment in the community and paying proper amount of taxes
to the government.

A. Social Implication
The business gives benefit to individuals in terms of giving employment. The
business will assist in decreasing the number of jobless individuals. The
proponent will not be specific in the educational background of their employees
but rather to give attention to their experience and productiveness.
