The MicroLogix 1000 controller contains the power supply, processor, and all its I/O circuits packaged
in a single unit.
Four I/O sizes (10, 16, 25, and 32) cover many applications.
Various electrical configurations of digital I/O offer you a
controller that meets your electrical requirements:
o 24V DC inputs and relay outputs with a 24V DC power
supply.
o 24V DC inputs and 24V DC FET and relay outputs with
a 24V DC power supply.
o 24V DC inputs and relay outputs with a 120/240V AC
power supply.
o 24V AC inputs and relay outputs with a 120/240V AC
power supply.
o 120V AC inputs and relay outputs with a 120/240V AC
power supply.
o 120V AC inputs and triAC and relay outputs with a
120/240V AC power supply.
Isolated relay contact outputs (at least two per controller).
Allow outputs on the same unit to switch different control
voltages.
The 25-I/O models include 4 analog inputs and an analog
output in addition to the 12 digital inputs and the 8 digital
(contact) outputs.

System Overview
Benefits
The RSLogix family of ladder logic programming packages helps you maximize performance, save
project development time, and improve productivity. This family of products has been developed to
operate on Microsoft Windows operating systems. Supporting the Allen-Bradley SLC 500 and MicroLogix
families of processors, RSLogix 500 was the first PLC programming software to offer unbeatable
productivity with an industry-leading user interface. RSLogix 5 supports the Allen- Bradley PLC-5 family
of programmable controllers. RSLogix 5000 provides support for the Logix5000 Highly Integrated Motion
functionality. RSLogix offers reliable communications, powerful functionality, and superior diagnostics.

DeviceNet and RSNetWorx for ControlNet.
Test and debug all of your ladder logic programs prior to commissioning and startup. RSLogix Emulate
5, RSLogix Emulate 500 and RSLogix Emulate 5000 are Microsoft Windows-based software packages that
emulate one or more PLC-5, SLC 500 or Logix5000 processors, respectively. You determine which PLC-
5, SLC 500, Logix5000 ladder programs you want to run, and RSLogix Emulate scans the ladder logic like
an actual processor. In addition, RSLogix Emulate 5000 has built-in support for all RSLogix 5000
supported languages such as ladder logic, function block, sequential function chart and structured text.
1763 MicroLogix 1100 Controllers
With online editing and a built-in 10/100 Mbps EtherNet/IP port for peer-to-peer
messaging, the MicroLogix 1100 controller adds greater connectivity and application
coverage to the MicroLogix family of Allen-Bradley controllers. This next generation
controller's built-in LCD screen displays controller status, I/O status, and simple
operator messages; enables bit and integer manipulation; offers digital trim pot
functionality, and a means to make operating mode changes (Prog / Remote / Run).
With 10 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs and 6 digital outputs, the MicroLogix 1100 can
handle a wide variety of tasks. The MicroLogix 1100 controllers also support expansion
I/O. Up to four 1762 I/O modules (also used on the MicroLogix 1200 and 1400) may be
added to the embedded I/O, providing application flexibility and support of up to 80
digital I/O.
