Mission
Purpose for Starting EAM influence program within ASUG
1. SAP EAM has a large installed base customers and it is
growing
2. Customers have implemented their solution for long time
and not able leverage enhanced solution delivered by SAP
3. EAM solution needs high integration with other modules in
ECC
What we want to hear
1. Functionality gaps to meet business requirements
2. Opportunities to enhance the current product
3. Custom solutions and workarounds
Why were here
1. Foster communication between companies that use SAP
EAM solution
2. Influence SAP to improve the SAP EAM solution by sharing
pain points in using the solution in their productive
environment
