General Conditions and Important Information l

All passengers are required to carry original proof of identification, including for children and infants

Please ensure that passengers booking name matches with proof of identification.

(Documents: "Adult - Voter ID / Passport / Driving License with Photo" " Childrens upto 18 Years - School ID" "Infants (7 Days to 2 Years) - Birth Certificate"

Please contact MMT Tour Representative in case you want to do any extra tours/excursion during your free time and
we will be happy to assist you for the same. Also, It is advisable not to book any of the optional tours through any local
operators to avoid inconvenience and If done MMT will not be responsible for any mis-handling.

Please take care of your valuables during your stay at the hotel & while travelling.

The rooms will be allotted at the time of check in and we don't commit any specific room or view.

Please adhere to the timings as per the itinerary, and follow the instructions given by the Tour Managers

(TM # if applicable).

The tour,sightseeing and Water Sports is weather dependent & no refund will be applicable if any cancellation/change
occur due to non-controllable reasons.
Changes in the itinerary can be done only by MMT as per the requirement, however MMT will try to cover all the
sightseeing places as mentioned in the itinerary; the dates, sequence and timings may change.
For Air Travel (If included) -

This is a Group Air Ticket and Web Check-in facility is restricted therefore we advise all guests to reach airport Two Hrs
prior to flight departure.

Important: Flight Schedule/Timings are subject to change and depends on air operator and authorities, therefore we
highly recommend traveling guests to reconfirm their flight timings directly with the airlines 12 Hrs. prior to the schedule
departure.
Andaman - Specific conditions/Requirements

Please adhere to the checkout Timings : Standard check-Out time at Portblair is 08:00 hrs & Havelock is at 07:00 hrs
and is mandatory.
In case there is any change in the Green Ocean/Makruzz/Coastal Ferry Timings or cancellation due to weather
conditions /technical reason or any other unavoidable circumstances - MMT will arrange for the best possible alternates
either in Green Ocean/Makruzz/Coastal second sailing or in Govt ferry whichever is available.
(MMT will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of Makruzz/Coastal/Green Ocean)

Hot Water is not available at Havelock Island due to Govt. restrictions on geysers/boilers in Hotels

Kindly note that Group Tours run on fixed timings. Tours are on free seating basis, Therefore punctuality is of utmost
important.
