SFOSL provides a continuum of leading edge logistics, transportation and human resource
management solution inside the country for over 3 years. SFOSL is specialized in providing
outsource services for clients who want them. We render the services with utmost honesty
and efficiency. In the years with our experience that we have gathered business process
outsourcing (BPO) is our main focus. BPO is the practice of using a third party, contracted
to perform specific, specialized processes on an organizations behalf be it commercial,
developmental etc. By outsourcing certain aspects of doing business, that particular
company can focus on its primary purpose, whatever that may. For example, it can be cost

Smart Force Outsourcing System Ltd (SFOSL) has the following experience
1. SFOSL is a duly registered company in Bangladesh providing three years experience in
providing professional human resource in the local market.
2. SFOSL has a formal organizational setup and capacity with adequate number of
experienced manpower and logistics to manage and provide this service. SFOSL can
provide a list of the key management staff including detail of departmental operations
including written company policies/ procedures on financial and human resources
management.
3. SFOSL has sound documented procedures on conflict resolution measures in place for
its employees.
4. SFOSL will ensure that the human resource (Receiptionist, Office Assistant cumComputer Operator, Driver and Office boy and Cleaner) provided possesses all
qualifications and authorizations for performing their duties.
5. SFOSL will be responsible for insurance of the staff to be provided on hire basis under
the group insurance policy and to be covered under statutory regulations, applicable
laws and good industrial practices.
6. SFOSL will supply the human resource only after ascertaining their history, track record
and personal police record.

7. Nothing in the contract shall constitute an employer- employee relationship between


Greater Chittagong District Rural Infrastructure Development Project and the human
resource (Office Assistant Cum- Computer Operator, Driver and Office Support)
supplied by the SFOSL.

Our clients rely on us for their outsourced staff as we go mainly through their human resource
functions, manage their payroll, and all compliance issues like bonus, overtime, health life and death
insurance, leave, provident fund etc. Our greatest strength of reliability is our honesty; accept
improvements, integrity and eager to be effective according to the needs of the clients.

The company has a team of personnel who source, call, and interview, take tests and
recruit/select/ organize training /brief personnel according to the needs of the organizations.
We have a range of personnel starting from site engineers, operation assistants, front desk
officers, data operators, junior officers, and messengers, Operation Assistant, Marketing
Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, Management Assistant and Section Associate etc.
They are SFOSL staff under a contract placed in different organizations as their outsource
staff.

After the recruitment, placement of personnel is done in different organizations. Our


experience goes over three years in setting our mission and goals and thus we have the
corporate capability in managing clients of providing human resource management
regardless of the training component.

Interview of staffs

Appointment : Appoint staff except over 60 years of age, all documents are verified.
Appointment Letter: Each staff will be provided appointment letter by SFOSL
Id Card: Identity Card with photograph will be provided to all staff by SFOSL.
Service Book : Service Book will be maintained for each staff.
Individual File: Individual file will be maintained by SFOSL
Submitted Documents: Original or attested documents of educational background,
experience, experience certificate, Voter ID & police verification report, medical certificates
etc will be kept in the file at SFOSL Office.
Leave Form: Will be provided by SFOSL for casual & sick leave.
Leave : Each staff will be entitled 10 days casual leave and 14 days sick leave in a year
plus Govt. approved holidays.
Replacement: Replaced staff will be provided by SFOSL during leave vacancy. There will
be replacement Operation Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant,
Management Assistant and Section Associate in the pool. Replacement costs will be borne by
client.
Evaluation Form: Performance evaluation forms are given to staff. Respected officers fill
periodically and asses the performances of the staff.
Disciplinary: Disciplinary action will be taken for any staff if they go against the

Termination: 60 days written notice will be required to terminate the contract from either
side.

800 sq. ft head office space of Smart Force Outsourcing System Limited is filled up with

The present facility is as stated above. We intend to expand our facility provided we get
more clients. Human Resource instructor is hired on trainings and briefings.

Supervisory Role: The grass level worker reports to the relevant focal points for each
client and they thereby report to the management team on a daily/weekly basis. The
management team also meets the client management once every month. The quality of the
service is maintained by constantly monitoring the activities of our service through various
methods and timely payment (including salary and other facilities) to the staff every month.
