Scheme of Evaluation
The final grade in the course will be awarded according to the following weightages:
20% to the performance in each of the two minor tests of one-hour duration.
40% to the performance in the two-hour duration major test to be held at the end of the
course.
20% in the performance in the tutorial classes. Tutorial instructor will award these marks on
the basis of (a) Regularity and class room participation; (b) Performance in tutorial quizzes;
and (c) Home assignments
