NIFTY 50 7604.35 (94.15) (1.25%)

Last Week Nifty opened with positive

note on Monday. On Tuesday nifty
posted biggest drop in three weeks nifty
settled below its circuital levels 7500 on
the back of weak global cues. Market
managed to close with some gains on
Wednesday amid a sudden bout of
buying at the far end. The Nifty futures
contract started the session with a gapup open at 7588. After encountering a
key resistance 7601, the contract
declined to mark an intra-day low of
7553. The nifty wiped off all its gains to
end in red on Thursday. On Friday The
Nifty future contract began the session
on a positive note at 7536, from its
previous close at 7512. After marking an
intra-day low at 7527, the contract
advanced to record an intra-day high at
7578. The nifty has ended with robust
gains at 7604. The nifty rose to over 2month high while the Nifty closed above
its crucial level of 7,600. The Nifty50
opened the week at 7542.60, made a
high of 7613.60, low of 7405.15 and
closed the week at 7604.35. Thus the
Nifty closed the week with a gain of
94.15 points. The Nifty rose 1.25
percent.

Future Outlook:
The Nifty daily chart is bullish; the short
term trend hence continues to remain
positive. We advised to buy nifty future
above 7600 target 7700. If nifty close above
7600 than nifty continuation of the rally up
to 7750-7800 levels. On the downside strong
support at 7470-7330
