Ms. Chantal owns a cosmetic manufacturing company and she believes that
being a female entrepreneur has a lot of advantage compared to men because
she believes that women can multitask while men cannot. Men can only do one
task at a time, and being an entrepreneur, it is essential that you can handle
everything at a time. Same goes with Ms. Marites Aquino, being an owner of a
cosmetic company also, needs the abilities of a multi-tasker. She believes that
women can solve two or more problems at a time. It may take them a little while
before they can give a solution, just because they are solving and thinking of the
best options to resolve the issues. Unlike for men, that they get a little confuse
when problems come arise to them at the same time. Meanwhile, they said that
there is also a disadvantage, because women easily get emotional compared to
men. They take everything seriously. Also, sometimes it is hard to let men follow
them because it is already a norm of the society that usually the leaders are
men. I believe that these differences are substantial in a way that if their people

cant follow them because they can feel that you are not a good leader because
you are a men/women. Thus, you must let your followers feel that there is no
superior gender. You must always be a good example of a leader.

3. Ms. Shalini Delos Angeles is the R&D manager for Golden ABC under CFT
division. Based from my interview with her, she said that in Golden ABC, the
CEO let the employee explore their talents and give new ideas to come up
with different set of products. Since she is the manager for R&D she is
responsible for the new products. Every quarter they are having a meeting
regarding the new products that thy will launch. They are brainstorming and
let everyone give their ideas on what will be their next product to sell in the
market. But, due to a lot of constraints in the company like, their standards
are too high, thats why some of their suppliers cant afford to achieve the set
standards for their product, they were sometimes having a hard time to
attain the launch date of the product. But, the company as per Ms. Shalini
continue to marke their product not only locally but globally. In fact, the
companys brands have stores outside the country.
Ms. Weng dela Isa is the R&D officer for MPPI. She is just working there for
alsmost 10 years already. MPPI is a supplier of home care products and baby
