Six Sigma beverages (PVT) LIMITED company is new in Pakistani market which
is going to be established by the investment of five partners. The category of
the business fall under beverages sector. It is a private limited company. Mr.
Abdul-Rehman hold major shareholder of company having worth 25 million
and chief executive officer of the company as well. Initially it will operate in
Pakistan after that we will plan for its expansion to international market. It will
register in the province of Punjab and we will take initiative from Punjab as it is
going to be start in February 2016. The main head office and factory will be
located outskirts of main Lahore area that is Raiwind road Lahore.

CURRENT MARKET SITUATION

ANALYSIS
Consumption of beverages especially fruit juices is increasing day by day due to the
availability of branded beverages as Nestle Fruit Juices, Rani, and Minute Maid, Shezan etc.
Nowadays new techniques and technological developments are gearing peoples behaviors
continuously. So if any development or uniqueness is done in this field then it can be really
beneficial. Pakistan with an ideal climate for growing a large variety of fruits. Provincial fresh
fruits production share are as Punjab 59.6, Sindh 8.6, NWFP 6.2 and Balochistan 25.6. This
sector is directly or indirectly contributing 21.8% towards GDP. Pakistan has a total fruit
production of about 6,011,228 tons and total vegetable production of about 5,719,527.
According to federal bureau of statistic in 2014 export of juices from Pakistan is around
3,649,483,000 RS. According to a recent report on Pakistani Food and Beverage Industry,
dated June 20th 2014 Nestl remained the leading player in juice with a retail value share of
35% in 2014. Nestl continued to be the only Nestl brand in juice, with a 45 % retail value
share in 2014 and retail value sales up 22% on the previous year, Sheszan 35%, Tropico juice
18% and country juice 5% respectively.

Pakistan is a place where businesses are always on uncertainty. Because risk factor is a bit
too because Pakistan is a collapsed and least developed nation starting a business over here
is difficult. Because it can be collapsed anytime due to lack of investment, filthy government

named as Miss Tahira Sidiqi, Mr. Ahmad Numan, Mr.Zeeshan and Mr.Waqas with
the name of Six Sigma beverages (PVT)LIMITED. They brought down Rs. 100,000,000.
Six Sigma is engaged in manufacturing of quality juices in nine flavors for that purpose
we are importing fruits and pulps from different countries such as Sugarcane from
Brazil, mango from India, lychee from South Africa, etc. To maintain the standard of
quality we certified our quality from ISO 9001. For quality our company have quality
insurance department as well our prime focus will be on quality.We bought a building
for establishing manufacturing unit and head office at Raiwind Road Lahore with Rs.
