INGENIERA EN
PREVENCIN DE RIESGOS
CAMPO OCUPACIONAL
El campo laboral para el ejercicio de esta profesin est
constituido por empresas de reas productivas y de servicios
del sector privado y pblico, entre ellas: agrcola, silvicultura,
pesca, forestal, minera, industrias manufactureras, construccin,
elctricas, sanitarias, comercio, transporte, almacenaje,
comunicaciones. Adems, por los organismos administradores
de la ley N 16.744, que establece normas sobre accidentes
del trabajo y enfermedades profesionales, donde podr
desempearse como experto profesional en prevencin
de riesgos en seguridad y salud ocupacional; supervisor
de programas de seguridad y salud ocupacional; asesor de
sistemas de gestin de calidad, ambiente y seguridad; asesor en
sistemas de gestin integrados en estas materias; en auditoras
y ejerciendo libremente la profesin como asesor externo de
empresas.
PERFIL PROFESIONAL
El Ingeniero en Prevencin de Riesgos es un profesional capacitado
para implementar sistemas de gestin nacionales e internacionales,
liderando una cultura preventiva en organizaciones en
coordinacin con organismos administradores. Est capacitado
controla y promueve acciones permanentes en seguridad y salud
y mental de las personas, as como los bienes de la organizacin,
bajo estndares y procedimientos establecidos tanto legal como
organizacionalmente. Asume la responsabilidad de la direccin del
departamento de prevencin de riesgos en aquellas organizaciones
de mayor magnitud y riesgos, segn la normativa vigente.

SALIDA INTERMEDIA
Opcin salida intermedia para optar al ttulo Tcnico en Prevencin
de Riesgos. Debe aprobar Psicologa en Prevencin de Riesgos
(Autocuidado en la Organizacin), Prctica Profesional y Portafolio
de Ttulo y tener aprobadas las asignaturas de I a IV semestre.
CERTIFICACIN ACADMICA INTERMEDIA
La malla curricular de la carrera permite al alumno obtener las

9. Asesora y consultora en inversiones en seguridad y salud
ocupacional.
10. Tecnologa aplicada a la prevencin de riesgos.
11. Supervisin en prevencin de riesgos.
12. Asistencia en seguridad y salud ocupacional en los distintos niveles
de la organizacin.
13. Administracin y gestin en seguridad y salud ocupacional.
