SUMMARY
In recent decades education has become one of the cornerstones of progress for a
nation and the guiding principle of all development and social renewal, and therefore
must provide the student in the training process effective access to scientific
knowledge, humanistic, artistic and technological. In this process of training the
teacher plays a key factor as agents of changes in both behavior and learning. The
teacher in his work should handle situations such as communication, motivation,
planning, organization, control, evaluation, change. This places the teacher in a
managerial context within his work as an educator. Keep in mind that the first
manager who makes up the staff of an educational institution is the teacher, which is
why this investigation was stable overall objective Evaluate Management Principles
Applied by the teacher in the Classroom of the University Institute of Technology
Antonio Jose de Sucre, Extension Punto Fijo. This study is framed in a descriptive
level research, based on the principles of positivist method, a field research design
approach. For data collection direct observation and interview were used, for which
three instruments be developed: a questionnaire for teachers, a questionnaire
addressed to students and an observation guide work in the classroom. Both
questionnaires consist of 44 items with response options always, often, sometimes,
hardly ever and ever. The population is made up of 65 teachers and 1075 students of
the University Institute of Technology Antonio Jos de Sucre, as shown 20 teachers
and 323 students were taken. As for the validity of the instrument will be made
through the validity of content through the trial of three experts.
