RESUMEN
La finalidad de la presente investigacin es disear estrategias educacionales
que incentiven la motivacin para mejorar el rendimiento acadmico de los
estudiantes de sexto grado en las instituciones educativas del sector Sabaneta,
parroquia La Concordia, municipio San Cristbal del Estado Tchira, para lo cual
primero se hiso un diagnstico del estado actual, desde el punto de vista de la
motivacin y el rendimiento acadmico de los estudiantes de sexto grado en las
instituciones educativas del sector Sabaneta; adems, se analizan los los factores que
influyen en la motivacin y el rendimiento acadmico de los estudiantes de sexto
grado en las instituciones educativas del sector Sabaneta y finalmente se presenta la
formulacin de las estrategias educacionales que estimulen la motivacin para
optimizar el rendimiento acadmico de los estudiantes de sexto grado en las
instituciones educativas del sector Sabaneta. De manera que, el nivel del presente
estudio se clasifica en investigacin descriptiva, cuyo enfoque fue cuantitativo, el
paradigma fue positivista, el tipo de investigacin fue de campo, no experimental, el
mtodo fue hipottico-deductivo. Siendo la poblacin de 155 estudiantes y el tamao
de la muestra es de 60 estudiantes. Por otra parte, la tcnica planteada fue la encuesta,
cuyo instrumento de recoleccin de datos fue el cuestionario escrito, el cual fue
validado por tres expertos: 2 docentes y 1 asesor metodolgico. En cuanto a las
tcnicas de procesamiento se emple el paquete estadstico para ciencias sociales
SPSS y Excel. El trabajo se llevar a cabo mediante el anlisis cuantitativo, cuyos
datos sern compilados en tablas de frecuencia para luego ser presentados en forma
grfica a travs de los grficos de barras. Finalmente, se presentarn las estrategias
educacionales. Por ltimo, se emitirn las conclusiones y recomendaciones a que
diere lugar la presente investigacin.

SUMMARY
The purpose of this research is to design educational strategies that encourage
motivation, to improve the academic performance of students in sixth grade, in
educational institutions, the Sabaneta sector parish of La Concordia, municipality of
San Cristobal, Tachira State; for which first diagnosis of the current state was
conducted, from the point of view of motivation and academic achievement of
students, sixth graders in educational institutions Sabaneta sector; in addition, factors
that influence motivation and academic achievement of sixth graders in educational
institutions Sabaneta sector and finally the development of educational strategies to
stimulate motivation to optimize academic achievement are analyzed sixth graders in
educational institutions Sabaneta sector. So, the level of this study is classified as
descriptive research, whose approach was quantitative, positivist paradigm was the
type of field research was not experimental, the method was hypothetical-deductive.
As the population of 155 students and the sample size is 60 students. Moreover, the
proposed technique was the survey, the data collection instrument was a written
questionnaire, which was validated by three experts: 2 teachers, 1 methodological
advisor. Regarding processing techniques the Statistical Package for Social Sciences
SPSS and Excel was used. The work will be carried out by quantitative analysis,
whose data will be compiled in frequency tables and then be presented graphically
through bar charts. Finally, educational strategies will be presented. Finally,
conclusions and recommendations to this investigation giving rise be issued.
