Description
The FreshQ cultures are combinations of traditional lactic acid bacteria that deliver
inhibition of unwanted yeast and moulds in fermented dairy products. The effect is
obtained through active participation in the natural fermentation.

Application
Usage
The cultures are added in combination with the normal starter culture in the
production of fermented dairy products. The cultures are developed for application in
e.g. fresh cheese, yoghurt and sour cream.

Suggested dosage
For sanitation and functionality reasons, whole pouches should be used in actual
application, and the inoculation rates should be adjusted to the most suitable
number of pouches for the batch size. It may be necessary to use more than
recommended in the table below to maintain whole pouch recommendation for some
batch sizes.

can be used in food, however, for specific applications we recommend to consult
