abs0lutely and f0rever.
THE VEND0R D0TH HEREBY C0VENANT WITH THE PURCHASER AS
F0LL0WS:
1. That the pr0perty m0re fully described in the Schedule hereunder shall be quietly and
peacefully entered int0 and held and enj0yed by the PURCHASER with0ut any interference,
interrupti0n, 0r disturbance fr0m the VEND0R 0r any pers0n claiming thr0ugh 0r under him.
2. That the VEND0R has abs0lute right, title and full p0wer t0 sell, c0nvey and transfer unt0
the PURCHASER by way 0f abs0lute sale and that the VEND0R has n0t d0ne anything 0r
kn0wingly suffered anything whereby his right and p0wer t0 sell and c0nvey t0 the
PURCHASER the pr0perty hereby c0nveyed.
3. That the pr0perty is n0t subjected t0 any encumbrances, m0rtgages, charges, lien,
attachments, claim, demand, acquisiti0n pr0ceedings by G0vernment 0r any kind whats0ever and
sh0uld thereby and the VEND0R shall discharge the same fr0m and 0ut 0f his 0wn funds and
keep the PURCHASER indemnified.
4. That the VEND0R hereby declares with the PURCHASER that the VEND0R has paid all
the taxes, rates and 0ther 0utg0ings due t0 L0cal b0dies, revenue, urban and 0ther auth0rities in
respect 0f the pr0perty m0re fully described in the Schedule hereunder up t0 the date 0f
executi0n 0f this sale Did and the PURCHASER shall bear and pay the same hereafter. If any
arrears are f0und due t0 the earlier peri0d, the same shall be discharged by the VEND0R
5. That the VEND0R has handed 0ver the vacant p0ssessi0n 0f the pr0perty m0re fully
described in the Schedule hereunder t0 the PURCHASER 0n
and delivered the

title d0cument in respect 0f the schedule menti0ned pr0perty hereby
c0nveyed 0n the date 0f executi0n 0f these presents.
6. That the VEND0R will at all times and at the c0st 0f the PURCHASER execute, register 0r
cause t0 be d0ne, all such acts and Dids f0r perfecting the title t0 the PURCHASER in the
pr0perty hereby s0ld and c0nveyed herein.
7. That the VEND0R d0 hereby c0venants and assures that the PURCHASER is entitled t0
have mutati0n 0f his name in all public rec0rds, l0cal b0dy and als0 0btain patta in the name 0f
the PURCHASER and undertakes t0 execute any Did in this respect.
