A meeting of Establishment Council (EC) with all the recognized Associations was
convened on 9th March, 2016 at 12.00 Noon at Conference \ Hall, Prasar Bharati
Secretariat, 2nd Floor, PTI Building, New Delhi, under the Chairmanship of Shri Jawhar
Sircar, Chief Executive Officer.

The Association was informed that the schemes of in-situ promotions and ad-hoc
omotions cannot run oncurrently.

The proposal for amendment of RRs has already been sent to the Ministry.

CRC Report has been received and is being examined for placing it before the

Board.

in the revised Pay Structure in respect

of Head Clerk/ Stenographer Gr.1I

The Association representative challenged Prasar Bharati letter dated 19.2.2016
regarding pay fixation of Head Clerks/Stenographers etc. The CEO directed the Legal
Cell to have a fresh look at the matter.
