THE BANALITY OF VIOLENCE / LA BANALITE DE LA VIOLENCE

Depuis cette attaque du 18 avril 1983, le bombardement de lAmbassade des EtatsUnis a Beyrouth, au Liban jusqu' celle du 27 mars 2016 dtonation dune bombe
par suicide visant les Chrtiens rassembls pour clbrer la fte de Pques a
Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park in Lahore. http://bit.ly/1TH6jmG

Le constat est le mme, aucune cause navance avec ce schma et on se retrouve


avec plus dinterrogations que de rponses.
A partir de quel moment, sommes-nous devenus insensibles ? Ce nest pas le mot
adquat par rapport ma cogitation.
Mais cette pe de Damocls qui nous signale que ou que vous soyez, le potentiel
pour faire les gros titres se trouve la a ltat latent.
La premire violence est verbale, nous navons plus de garde-fous, au nom dun
principe a gomtrie variable de libert dexpression, tout est permis, tout peut-tre
dit, les hypothses les plus farfelues comprises.
Juste dans le sillage immdiat de cette violence verbale, vient celle des images, on
censure peine, si ce nest utilis cette expression vide de sens, les images qui
suivent peuvent perturber certaines audiences, nous recommandons la supervision
pour savoir qui peut les regarder ou pas.
Si ce nest pas une invite pour regarder en boucle, toute cette souffrance humaine.
Vivons-nous un choc de civilisations ?
Quel est ce filtre qui dtermine qui est bon ? Qui est mauvais ?
Qui a lanc la premire pierre ?
Nous vivons cette violence depuis si longtemps que peut-tre, peut-tre, un
indicateur de la magnitude de cette souffrance a lchelle plantaire est lactivation
ou pas du safety check par Facebook.
Encore une fois, tous les hommes / femmes naissent gaux et la socit donne une
graduation a cette galit.
Si nous prenons conscience de cette spirale de violence, attaque, reprsailles.
Sans fin et de plus en plus intense.

Ne pouvons pas nous arrter un instant, revoir la copie et essayer de surtout rester
humain et trouver une approche qui apaise les egos et surtout soit tenable dans la
dure ?
Ce cynisme qui part la mme envole lyrique, dit tout, sur tout mais omet de nous
expliquer le pourquoi du comment.
Sur le continent africain, il ya peu dendroits, cest vraiment ngligeable, les usines
darmement.
Cest donc un produit dimportation.
Qui dit importation sous-entend des moyens sonnants et trbuchants.
Qui finance ces personnes ?
Sont-elles omnipotentes pour agir sur une zone gographique aussi vaste sans
quun coup de filet mette fin a cette politique de la terre brule ?
On ne conquire pas des espaces, on cre la psychose.
La logique qui veut que le pouvoir vient du peuple et est exerc par le peuple, pour
ses intrts.
Se trouve devant un mur en bton arme parce que ce mme peuple se trouve aux
premires loges quand la souffrance commence.
Il ya une composante qui semble tide dans cette joute.
Cest le groupe do provient dans la majorit des cas, les attaques tous azimuts
contre les populations civiles.
Le postulat nest pas de choisir entre un frre ou une sur, mais de transcender
pour viser le bien de lhumanit et si une action de ce genre se prpare faire en
sorte que le projet touffe dans luf.
On ne vit pas en autarcie.
Il ya des interactions il faut donc privilgier le bien de la socit dans son ensemble
a la place dintrts mesquins.
Si toutes les initiatives prises ce jour nont pas leffet escompt.
Il faut repartir sur la planche dessin et prendre tous les paramtres en compte.
Entrer dans la psych dun kamikaze et essayer de trouver la parade.
Il nest jamais trop tard pour bien faire.

more notable for the damage it might have caused than what was actually
destroyed. What might have been "the worst terrorist episode of the
twentieth century in the Middle East," succeeding in killing only 6 people
because of the bombs' faulty rigging.[2]

The 1998 United States embassy bombing in Nairobi where 214 people were killed including 12
Americans, 4000 others were wounded.

February 4, 1990 A bus carrying Israeli tourists in Egypt was

attacked by Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine. 11 people, including 9


Israelis died and 17 others were injured.[4]
February 2, 1992 - 1992 rmqi bombings 3 dead 23 injured[citation

needed]

March 17, 1992 The 1992 attack on Israeli embassy in Buenos

Aires. 29 killed 242 injured.


January 25, 1993 - 1993 shootings at CIA Headquarters in Langley,

January 22, 1995 The Beit Lid suicide bombing was a suicide

attack by Palestinian Islamic Jihad. 20 dead 69 injured.


January 30, 1995 A car bomb exploded outside of a police station.

July 20, 1995 A bomb on a motor scooter exploded at a

marketplace in Jammu. Harkat-ul-Ansar claimed responsibility for the


bombing. at least 17 killed 100+ injured.[9]
July 24, 1995 The Ramat Gan bus bombing was a suicide attack

by Hamas. 6 dead 33 injured.


July 25-October 17, 1995 The 1995 Paris Mtro and RER

bombings were a series of attacks by the Armed Islamic Group of Algeria in


France. 8 killed 100+ wounded.
October 20, 1995 In the 1995 Rijeka bombing a suicide bomber

attempted to destroy a police station by driving a car with a bomb into the
wall of the building. killing 1 (assailant) injured 29.
February 25 & March 3, 1996 The Jaffa Road bus bombings Two

attacks on Jerusalem route 18 buses by Hamas. 45 killed 52 injured.


March 4, 1996 The Dizengoff Center suicide bombing was a terror

attack by Hamas on the eve of the Jewish holiday ofPurim. 13 killed 130
injured.

April 18, 1996 Islamist gunmen fire on the Europa hotel in Cairo.

June 25, 1996 Khobar Towers bombing, 20 killed, 372

February 25, 1997 - Three bombs explode on three buses in

bomber who detonated at a Tel Aviv sidewalk caf. killing 3 wounding 46.
July 30, 1997 The 1997 Mahane Yehuda Market bombings were

two consecutive suicide bombings carried out by Hamasmilitants at the


Mahane Yehuda Market in Jerusalem. killing 16 wounding 178.
September 18, 1997 The 1997 Mostar car bombings. 29 people

injured.

November 17, 1997 Luxor massacre, 6 armed Islamic terrorists

attacked tourists at the Luxor ruins. 62 killed, 26 injured.[12]


February 14, 1998 A total of 58 people were killed and over 200

injured in 12 bomb attacks in 11 places, in the city of Coimbatore, Tamil


Nadu.
August 7, 1998 1998 United States embassy bombings in

April 14, 2001 2001 Ramna Batamul bombings. 10 dead, many


wounded.

May 18, 2001 The 2001 HaSharon Mall suicide


bombing in Netanya, Israel. 5 killed 100+ injured.

May 27, 2001 The Dos Palmas kidnappings with more than 40
deaths and numerous injured.

June 1, 2001 In the Dolphinarium discotheque suicide bombing, 21


people were killed and 100+ were injured.

9 August 2001 The Sbarro restaurant suicide bombing was

a Hamas terrorist attack on a pizzeria in downtown Jerusalem. 15 civilians


killed and 130 others injured.
September 9, 2001 The Nahariya train station suicide

bombing was executed by an Arab-Israeli who was sent by Hamas and


detonated himself on the crowded platform. 3 dead 94 injured.
September 11, 2001 4 airliners hijacked by 19 al-Qaeda members

in the East Coast of the United States: two planes crashed into and destroyed
the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center and surrounding buildings in New
York City, one went intothe Pentagon in Arlington County, Virginia, and one
crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, in a failed attempt to
hitWashington, D.C. (either the White House or the U.S. Capitol), after a
revolt by the plane's passengers. Total deaths were 2,996 people, including
all 246 victims and 19 hijackers on board the four planes.[15]

December 13, 2001 Suicide attack on Indian parliament in New


Delhi by Pakistan-based Islamist terrorist organizations Jaish-E-Mohammad
and Lashkar-e-Toiba, aimed at eliminating the top leadership of India and
causing anarchy in the country. 7 dead, 12 injured.[16]

January 22, 2002 Attack on an American cultural centre in Kolkata

January 25, 2002 The 2002 Tel Aviv outdoor mall bombing was a
terrorist attack which occurred in which a Palestinian suicide bomber blew
himself up in Tel-Aviv, Israel, injuring at least 24 civilians.

January 27, 2002 2002 Jaffa Street bombing. 1 dead.

FebruaryOctober 2002 - John Allen Muhammad's sniper attacks,

including the Beltway sniper attacks. 16 dead, 9 injured.


March 2, 2002 The Yeshivat Beit Yisrael massacre was a suicide

bombing which occurred in the Beit Yisrael neighborhood in downtown


Jerusalem. 11 killed 54 injured.
March 9, 2002 The Caf Moment bombing was a Palestinian

terrorist attack in a coffee shop in downtown Jerusalem, Israel. 11 dead 54


injured.

January 11, 2016 - ISIL gunmen detonate suicide vests in a


shopping mall, killing at least 20 and wounding more than 40 people.[216]

January 12, 2016 - In the 2016 Istanbul bombing an ISIL suicide


bomber kills 10 tourists and injures 15 more in the historical centre
of Istanbul.[217]

January 14, 2016 - In the 2016 Jakarta attacks 5 assailants kill 2 and
injure 24 in a terrorist attack in Jakarta. The attack was orchestrated and
financed from ISIL in Syria.[218]

January 15, 2016 In the El Adde attack, Al-Shabaab terrorists


attack a African Union Kenyan army base in El-Adde. 63+ killed, several
injured.[219]

January 15, 2016 In the 2016 Ouagadougou attack Islamist


gunmen armed with heavy weapons attacked the Cappuccinorestaurant and
the Splendid Hotel in the heart of Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso.
20+ killed. 15+ injured.[220]

January 21, 2016 At least 22 killed in attack on Bacha Khan


University, Pakistan. The Taliban claim responsibility for the attack.[221]

January 22, 2016 Al-Shabab attack on beachside restaurant


leaves 20 dead.[222]

January 25, 2016 Suspected Boko Haram insurgents have blown


themselves up in a market in Cameroon, killing at least 25 people and
injuring 62 others.[223]

January 30, 2016 Boko Haram gunmen raided a Nigerian village,


at least 65 people were killed and 136 others injured.[224]

March 13, 2016 In the 2016 Grand-Bassam shootings Al Qaeda


gunmen stormed 3 hotels in the beach resort city ofGrand-Bassam in
the Ivory Coast, leaving 18 people dead.[225]

March 20, 2016 In Anbar, Iraq, ISIL suicide bombers kill at least 24
at municipal building[226]

March 22, 2016 2016 Brussels bombings includes two suicide


bombings in Brussels Airport and one bombing inBrussels Metro that resulted
in 34 deaths and 340 wounded.[227]

March 25, 2016 Three ISIL suicide bombers strike security


checkpoints in the Yemeni city of Aden, killing 26 people.[228][229]

March 25, 2016 30 people killed and 95 injured after a suicide


bomber blew himself up at a football stadium inIskandariya, south
of Baghdad. ISIL claimed responsibility for the attack.[230][231]

March 27, 2016 Suicide bomb blast targeting Christians who had
gathered on Easter in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park in Lahore. The blast, by Jamaatul-Ahrar, a Pakistani Taliban faction, killed at least 70 people and injured 300
