This section should have recent posts from my Facebook group, latest articles, latest tweets, Google plus updates, Gallery etc.
This section should also have links to my FB page, twitter and google plus page.

1. Logo I already have a logo designed

2. Under the link Learn Jyotish, the sub-links Parasara course and Jaimini Sutras are for student
enrollment. To enroll, I will be providing the form.
3. Parasara course sub link is the gateway for the CMS. Once the student clicks, he will get a list of
all the courses, I offer. Examples could be 3 month foundation course, 1 year course, 2 year
course, 3 year course, 4 year course or 5 year complete course.
4. Jaimini sutra Will be developed later
5. Media link will have articles, videos / contributions by other astrologers
6. Video sub link will have my you tube videos
7. Current events link will showcase current national and international political and other
developments. These will be articles written by me
8. Downloads link will have Astrology software download links, fonts etc.
9. The Parasara course, which will be the CMS part, should have quiz modules. The quiz modules
should have true/false, objective time questions, match the following, etc.
10. The CMS should have a forum section, only for my enrolled students. This again is a standard
feature of any CMS in the market.
11. The Parasara course, which will be the CMS part, should have an option for online certification
exam. Once the student answers are corrected by me, only then the student should have the
option to print his/her passing certificate
12. I will provide the certificate layout/design
13. The LMS that will be the foundation should be SCORM standard
14. Enrolled Students should be able to collaborate with each other
15. LMS should collect and generate data reports to indicate student progress, helping you to
determine ways to improve your students learning experience. During the call, I did mention that
I was not looking at this. But I have been evaluating LMS/CMS for a long time now. I realized
that this feature comes inbuilt in any CMS by default
16. The CMS solution you will be providing should be highly flexible and customizable. I should be
able to add content without any technical knowledge
17. This CMS should be able to work with Adobe presenter. I plan to use Adobe presenter to teach
my classes with PPT and audio lectures
18. The CMS editors that help me publish new content should be WYSIWYG Editors. Again, this is a
default feature of any good CMS.
19. In the website, I will be using English + Sanskrit fonts. Again, this shold not be a problem as
Unicode standards are also now in place.
20. I will be selecting a theme and the font. You will be responsible for standardizing this across all
web pages.
21. Security not only should the website be very secure, but students also should have strict
security controls. For example, a student who has enrolled to a 3 month course should not be
able to access any other course. My audio and video content that the students have access

during his/her course should not be able to download the material. I as the owner, should be
able to give or revoke permissions to students
