Labor Law Compliance
Ensured the company was legally protected by developing and implementing a labor law compliance program.
Employee Handbook: incorporated policies from three business entities and created a new version that was
compliant with current employment laws. These enabled employees to better understand company policies and
increased employee retention.
Management coaching program: mentored managers to build on employee potential. This process created higher
employee satisfaction and retention.
Managed final candidate selection thru onboarding process. Ensured cultural fit and promoted company to
candidates. High quality candidates joined the team.
Compensation
Implemented the annual salary review process in conjunction with global locations. Evaluated employees parity
within their pay grades. This process resulted in higher manager and employee satisfaction.
Benefits Administration
Healthcare: restructured two sets of benefits plans to create one package for all US employees. Reduced the
costs by approximately 10% overall while providing a more comprehensive benefits offering.
401(k) Plan Administrator: coordinated with Prudential and Plan Administrators to offer quality plan investment
options. Ensured the plan remained IRS compliant.
Global Partnering
Supported major engineering and construction management projects in the US by coordinating with global People &
Performance teams.

Expat work visas: worked with immigration services provider to process work visas for 37 US expats from
2013 2015. Results: 100% of expats received work visas.
