Michele Gill, PLS 3rd Learning's VP of

Professional Learning, draws on her
13 years of online experience and
20+ years in education to provide
leadership to the Online Professional
Learning Division. With over 100
online and face-to-face instructors
and over 50 graduate and
professional development courses
available worldwide, she forges
partnerships with districts and
organizations to promote effective
professional development for faceto-face and online teachers.

ISABELA SANTIAGO
Isabela Santiago is an Instructional
Coach in the Newburgh Enlarged
City School District in the Hudson
Valley in New York. She has been an
educator for 13 years at the middle
and elementary levels. She is
passionate about trying innovative
ways to engage her teachers and
their students through digital
learning. One fun fact about Isabela,
she loves bowling.

SUSAN POYO

Susan R. Poyo has been teaching for

over 25 years. Her experiences both
in and out of the classroom extend
from K-12 to Higher Education and
Adult Education. Currently, her
students at Franciscan University of
Steubenville, where she is teaching
fulltime in the Education department,
are a constant source of
encouragement and inspiration for
her research.

JENNIFER CULVER
Jennifer Culver works as a Digital
Learning Specialist for Lewisville ISD,
a district serving a little over 50,000
students. In that role, she creates,
maintains, and supports the districts
online curriculum. facilitates
professional learning for online
teachers, full time and adjunct, and
supports blended campus teachers.
She is completing her doctorate at
University of Texas at Dallas.
