AFFIDAVIT

I/We Smt. Santra Devi widow of Shri Roshan Lal and Smt. Papita widow of Shri
Surender son of Shri Roshan Lal, Mr. Vishal Son of Late Shri Surender and Mr.
Mohinder Son of Late Shri Surender all resident of H.no. 297, Rajokri, New Delhi 110038 , do hereby solemnly affirm and declares as under :1. That we had jointly entered into a collaboration agreement dated. 4 th September
2006, with regards to our land total measuring 72 kanals 17marla situated in the
revenue village of Hayatpur Teshil and District, Gurgaon.
2. That at the time of entering into the collaboration agreement with M/s Tulip
Infratech Private Limited, (Developer), The developer has paid a refundable
Security Deposit to each Co-owner, as below.

3. That after entering into the collaboration agreement, there had been a family
settlement about the assets and liabilities of the Family, The family settlement
has been confirmed by the Honble Court of Sh. Sachin Yadav Civil Judge,
(
Jr. Divn.) Gurgaon, vide judgment and decree dated 28.07.2014
4. That under the family understanding the refundable security deposit paid to each
of the aforesaid persons shall be paid back to the company by Mr. Virender
Singh on his own behalf and on behalf of other members of the Family
5. That the amount of Rs. 50,00,000/- has been paid at the time of bainama
vasika no. 5793, dated 23.05,2008 vide cheques no. 002436 dated 02.06.2008,
218618 dated 02.06.2008, and 002435 dated 02.06.2008. But the said cheques
could not be encashed and the said payment was made subsequently in cash
against the above mentioned cheques, which we hereby confirms and
acknowledges.
6. That we further hereby confirm and affirms that there is nothing due against the
Shri Virender Singh and Smt. Manju Yadav as well as M/s Tulip Infratech Pvt.
Ltd. and we undertake that in future, I/we along with my/our legal heirs will not
raise any claim whatsoever.

Ref. : Our Collaboration agreement dated 04.09.2006 and Family Settlement
Subject : Refundable Security Deposit.

Dear Sir,
This is in reference to the security deposit received by me and my family members
under the collaboration agreement dated. 04.09.2006.
I would like to inform and notify you that after entering into the collaboration agreement,
there had been a family settlement about the assets and liabilities of the family. The
Family settlement had been confirmed the the Honble Court of Sh. Sachin Yadav Civil
Judge (Jr. Divn.), Gurgaon, vide judgment and decree dated 28.07.2014.
Under that family understanding the refundable security deposit paid to each of my
family member, shall be paid back to the company,
Further I would like to notify you that I Virender Singh shall be liable to refund the entire
paid-up Security Deposit equivalent to Rs. 2,15,00,000/- on behalf of all the family
members.

AFFIDAVIT
I/We Virender Singh son of Shri Roshan Lal resident of 711, Rajokri, New Delhi
110038 , do hereby solemnly affirm and declares as under :1. That I Virender Singh and my Family had jointly owned an Agriculture Land total
measuring 72 kanals 17marla situated in the revenue village of Hayatpur Teshil
and District, Gurgaon.
2. That I declares that the above said land has fallen under Residential Sector 89
of the proposed Master Plan.
3. That within this Proposed Master Plan, A road has specified, that passes through
the middle of the above my/our Agriculture Land
4. That I am in process of talking to the concerning authorities to diversify this
Road, for which I need to pay certain amount in same context I need Rs.
5,00,00,000/- ( Rupees Five Crore Only )
5. That the above stated amount has been offered to me by my associate(s), Shri
Yashpal Nagar, Shri Ved Pal, Smt. Bindu Dagar and Shri Pawan, Shri Vinay Vats
for 12Months only, and thereafter I had acknowledge the receipt of the entire
above payments from the above-stated associates.
6. That the said payment is being received by me in lieu of Unbuilt FSI of 16Kanal,
within this Agriculture Land.
7. That I further declare that the above payment has offered to me for 12months
only, and I shall solely returns the said payment in the commented times

8. That in case the specified road of the current master plan wilI be diversified and
the said piece and parcel of land comes under R-Zone, then only, I shall be liable
to transfer part share of Un-built FSI of 16Kanal Land proportionately to all the
above stated-persons/associates and proportionate part to me also, Else I shall
solely liable to return the paid-up amount of 5,00,00,000/- alongwith the interest
of 2,50,00,000/- totaling to Rs. 7,50,00,000/- to all the above statedpersons/associates within the stipulated time of 12months.
9. That in case I am unable the pay the above stated amount or Un-built FSI of
16Kanal Land within the stipulated time or then only I would be liable to pay
4times of the paid-up lending amount to all the above-said persons/associates.
10. That I further assure and declares that none of my family members have any
objection on the above understandings.
