1. The leadership in this Industry must first focus on sustainability of the
organization such that the
products being offered by the industry have
sustainable growth.
2. Focus on complete performance review of the employees and the organization
as a whole.
3. The senior leadership must also plan for a clear succession plan in the
organization.
Strategic Planning:
1. The strategy development process must be aligned with both, the long term
sustainability plan as well as the short term growth plans of the organization.
2. The action plan, thus must be defined in such a way that it is in alignment with
the strategic objectives.
3. In this sector, emphasis on sourcing and technological advancement as a
strategy has to be formulated wherein long term business relationships are built
with the suppliers.

lead time and effective management of inventory.

Results depend on effective implementation of processes along with their
measurement, analysis and knowledge management. The overall organizational
