DISCUSION
El dao renal agudo es una complicacin comn y grave en los
pacientes con hepatopatas; entre las diferentes etiologas, la
relacionadas a hiperbilirrubinemia, se han explorado poco y por lo
tanto su conocimiento es escaso; para algunos autores ha sido
olvidada en la literatura medica reciente a pesar de su potencial
frecuencia (1) .
